White Chocolate Lavender Iced Coffee
A white chocolate coffee with floral notes of lavender, topped with a beautiful purple white chocolate lavender cold foam. Try this delicious drink with our French Vanilla Coffee that has notes of creamy vanilla bean that pair perfectly with the white chocolate and lavender.
Ingredients:
White Chocolate Lavender Sauce
- 2/3 c. white chocolate baking bar, chopped (113g)
- 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream (110g)
- 2 tsp. lavender extract
White Chocolate Lavender Cold Foam
- 3 tbsp. heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp. whole milk
- 1 tbsp. white chocolate lavender sauce
- purple food coloring, optional
White Chocolate Lavender Iced Coffee
- 1 tbsp. white chocolate lavender sauce
- 8 oz. PapaNicholas French Vanilla Coffee, cold
- Ice
- White chocolate lavender cold foam
Instructions:
Step 1: Brew your coffee, then set it in the fridge.
Step 2: Make the white chocolate lavender sauce. Chop up or break the white chocolate into smaller pieces. Add the white chocolate and heavy cream to a microwave safe bowl.
Step 3: Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Mix in the lavender extract, then set the sauce in the fridge.
Step 4: Make the cold foam. Once you're ready to make your drink, add the heavy cream, milk, and 1 tbsp. of the lavender sauce to a medium sized cup or container. If desired, add in some purple food coloring as well. Froth or shake the mixture until it's thick and foamy.
Step 5: Add 1 tbsp. (or more, to taste) of the lavender sauce to a cup.
Step 6: Add in the chilled coffee, then stir to combine.
Step 7: Add ice in to the cup, leaving room at the top for the cold foam.
Step 8: Pour the cold foam over your drink, then serve and enjoy!
