Do you ship outside of the US?

We ship in the US and US territories. Anywhere the US Postal Service ships, we can ship. Including APO and DPO addresses. Please call our office at 1-888-PAPANIK if you need assistance.

How long will it take to get my order?

We strive to process orders within 1-2 business days after order is placed. However during an online promotion, order processing can increase to 3-4 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We are proud to offer free shipping on orders over $50. This is after any promotional codes are applied and before tax.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use UPS & USPS. We never charge you more than our negotiated rates. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I return my product?

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly within 30 days of purchase and we’ll take you through the process.

Are your single serve cups compatible with Keurig brewers?

Yes, all our single serve cups are compatible with all Keurig-type brewers.

How much caffeine is in an 8oz cup of our coffee?

Caffeine content is slightly subjective. On average coffee has 80-120 mg of caffeine. The light roasts are going to have more caffeine than dark roasts. Caffeine content can also be affected by the brewing method.

Is your coffee low in acid?

Acidity levels in coffee can depend on type and preparation. Cold brew will yield very low acidity compared to a drip brew. Our darker roasts will yield a lower acidity than our lighter roasts when prepared in a drip brewer.

Are there any sugars in your flavored coffees?

There are zero added sugars or sugar substitutes in any of our coffees, flavored, straights or blends. There are zero naturally occurring sugars in all of our coffees and flavorings.

Are your coffees gluten free?

All of our coffee flavorings are free of gluten allergens.

Is PapaNicholas coffee kosher?

All of our coffees are certified kosher through the Chicago Rabbinical Council.
