Iced Blueberry Latte

A fruity, summery & delicious iced blueberry latte made with a homemade blueberry syrup and our Colombian Supremo Espresso, which has notes of crisp wine and a bright acidity with a slightly sweet finish.

Ingredients:

Blueberry Syrup

  • 1 c. frozen wild blueberries (170g)
  • 1/4 c. light brown sugar (50g)
  • 2 tbsp. water

Iced Blueberry Latte

Instructions:

Step 1: Make the blueberry syrup. Add the frozen blueberries, sugar, and water to a small saucepan. Set the saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture comes to a simmer.

Step 2: Let the syrup simmer for 2 minutes, then remove it from the heat.

Step 3: Pour the blueberry syrup into a heat-safe container and set it in the fridge to cool.

Step 4: Make the iced blueberry latte. Pour 2 tbsp. of the homemade blueberry syrup into your cup.

Step 5: Add in your milk of choice.

Step 6: Then add in ice, leaving room at the top for the espresso.

Step 7: Brew the espresso, then slowly pour it over the milk.

Serve and enjoy!
