The PapaNicholas Automatic Bean-to-Brew Machine Warranty

Limited Warranty for the PapaNicholas Automatic Bean-to-Brew Coffee Machines

Napco, Inc. (“Napco”) grants the following limited warranty (the “Warranty”) for the PapaNicholas Automatic Bean-to-Brew Coffee Machine.

Napco warrants that for a period of one year from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”), the PapaNicholas Automatic Bean-to-Brew machine will be free from material and manufacturing defects. Napco will repair or replace, at Napco’s option, any machine having any such material or manufacturing defects within the warranty period free of charge, subject to the following terms:

(1) Proof of purchase from PapaNicholas is demonstrated by registering your machine using our product registration tool at www.papanicholas.com.

(2) The warranty is valid within the continental United States only.

(3) Authorization to return any PapaNicholas Automatic Bean-to-Brew machine for repair or replacement must be obtained from customer service (1-888-727-2645) which will provide instructions for sending your machine for warranty repair or replacement if necessary.

(4) Damage caused by any of the following is not covered by and will void the warranty:

• Accident, abuse, negligence, misuse.
• Improper operation or failure to follow instructions contained in our manual.
• Any service or alteration performed by an unauthorized person.
• Damage caused by neglecting and omitting maintenance, cleaning and descaling.
• Damage caused by the use of instant coffee, ground coffee, oily, caramelized, or sugar-coated beans, raw coffee (green, unroasted beans) or any other ingredients not allowed in this product.
• Damage caused by failing to properly secure your PapaNicholas Automatic Bean-to-Brew machine when sending in for service.

(5) Wear and tear from normal use and consumables are not covered by this warranty.

(6) Warranty limitations are inapplicable where prohibited by law.

(7) PapaNicholas will either repair the machine at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or refurbished machine. (Refurbished parts or refurbished machine will apply to repairs or replacement after 90 days of purchase of a new machine.)
